1 Where do you ship
Prestige Classique ships worldwide. We deliver to most countries across North America Europe Oceania and many other regions.
2 How long does shipping take
Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. Delivery usually takes around seven business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
3 How can I track my order
Once your order has been shipped you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear depending on the shipping carrier.
4 Can I change or cancel my order
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We cannot guarantee modifications once the order has already been processed.
5 What if I entered the wrong shipping address
If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

Yes we accept returns within fourteen days of delivery provided that the item is unused unworn and returned in its original packaging.
